I figured they would keep making the Mcoupe and wouldn't put in the new motor until 2002. They just started production on the M3- they won't even start with the Roadster and Coupe until they complete that production run. I would count early 2002- possibly late 2001- only time will tell. All I can say is....I'm on that list- whoohooooo!!!!!
At long last, there's been an upgrade to the website.

Good news: it says "2001 M Coupe", which puts an end to the rumours that 2000 is the last production year.

Bad news: no spec. sheet or MSRP ("see dealer for info...").

Strange news: intro says that HP is 240, while dealers and buzz say that HP goes way up for '01 due to E46 M3 engine being put in (maybe the info is a carryover from old website?)
