I'm about to purchase one myself but am having difficulty deciding on a color. I currently drive a black 1999 328i - I need more go though hence the decision to look at the M coupe. Most of the M coupe's I have seen are either black or silver. With my current car it is a nightmare trying to keep it clean - I would appreciate any advice (pics would be great). What interior did you go for? How long did it take since you ordered it etc.
Hi Derek- I used to have a black 325is. I agree that black cars are absolutely impossible to keep clean. I got a white one because that's all that was available (new). My first choice would have been red/red, but the white/beige is rather nice as well. Looks pretty classy! I had the dealer to a vehicle locate for the M Coupe, the only place they could find an untitled coupe was at a dealer in california. So they trucked it up here (tacking $1000 onto the lease!) and I picked it up yesterday. It took a little over a week to get it.
