In North Carolina, where I am, I would recommend you get a lawyer for willful speed competition or prearranged racing (the two levels of racing). Unless you plead down, you'll lose your license for probably at least six months, and for prearranged racing can lose your car. A lawyer can help. E-mail with any other questions you have.


I was caught speeding and I was cited for "misdamenor" because the cop said i was racing another car. I now have to show up to court next month. What is the penalty for thsi kind of thing? Am i going to lose my license or get suspenison? Should I get a lwayer? Please help!
