Your response admits that Xenon headlights are more glaring than regular lights. So one person can see better and all of the oncoming drivers get more glare in their face.Also, last time I checked, the sun is not blue/violet.
A lesson in physics: Blue light diffracts more than any other colors, which is why the sky is blue. This is why Xenon lights create a halo effect around the approaching car in humid weather. The blue light is also refracted more in the fluid in your eyes, which makes them feel even more distracting.
