Anyways, I guess I have an over sensitive nose. When I took it in to the dealer this, the shop foreman thought it smelled normal, like oil. I still think there is definitely a smell of gas... I'm going to our parking lot and start asking our other bimmer owners to pop their hoods for a sniff.
I plan on doing the first oil change myself, which should be this weekend. I'll let you know if I smell anything out of the ordinary.

When you smell your dipstick, you get absolutely no hint of gas at all?
