Ultra White Solaris bulbs? Price seems almost too good to be true. But check this out:

Bulb failures caused by voltage surges are not covered. Help prevent voltage surges by starting the engine before turning on lamps, and turn off lamps before turning off the ignition. If a voltage surge occurs, the bulb will blow up, the metal base and glass will be burnt.

They make it sound likely that your bulbs will explode if you leave them on and then start the engine! Could be an expensive mistake if that's the case- not that I purposely start my engine with the headlights on...
