I was told it was to cool the computer. I find mine is not annoying and in fact I rarely notice it unless I feel the vents blowing on me.

Told by my dealer that the air-con fan is still turning even when dial is set to zero in order to maintain a minimum amount of circulation. Given this is true, should I still be hearing it turning inside the car. Its never intrusive but get to become a background annoyance at times. I want to hear either the music or the music of the exhaust, not from the fan.
