just received a letter from a dealer with a purchase order for the new m coupe that i have a deposit on. it lists the price at 43,500 (but says the price is preliminary and subject to final approval once production starts). assuming the new motor, this is a bargain! especially here in oregon with no sales tax and $43 registration for 2 years :)

no word on production date yet.
