I'm thinking about buying a Coupe( M or Z3). But can't decided which one to buy.

2000 M Coupe vs 2001 Z3 Coupe

Is there a big difference b/w these two?
I know that 2000 M Coupe has 15 more hp than 2001 Z3 coupe.

Also I got offered on 2001 Z3 coupe for $3000 off from retail price. Is this good deal????
