Shihab was there in his, and beat me by 1 second. But boy, watching HIS car, there is no reason WHY it shouldn't! Not only was it FAST in the straights, but his car doesn't budge an inch in the turns! I think he got 2nd in ASP behind Wolfgang (5th at Nationals) in his Gen3 RX7. Now if ONLY I can convince him to let me try HIS car someday, . . . . .

And there was a Silver M there too, Jim I think it was???? He did as good as he could with the stock 8080's on Saturday, but boy was he SMOOTH in the rain! Where a LOT of folks got DQ'd (4 wheels off and you are done for the day - and Jason who was 15th at the Nats beating Mark Sipe DID go off!!!!), he kept his head and drove very well! A VERY large improvement from his 1st event earlier this year!

Now sadly, . . . in today's event I was in the 1st run group. We had to run in the RAIN! The rest of the run groups got nearly dry to completely dry runs! Oh what I would have given to have had a reverse run group order today!

so Shihab, post how you did today, as I left before you ran . . . .
