Opinion on Alpine CVA1000 & NVAN751A Nav. System (archive)

A friend of mine is selling her Z3 and has the Alpine CVA1000 and NVAN751A installed. She's offering to sell the nav and audio system it to me. Anyone here have these units installed? If so what do you think of them? Good sound? Good nav system? HOw much are they worth? Thanks for your help.
