Go to the link below or call these guys. I've seen their harness for the Z3 Coupe and it's a nice piece.

One word of warning: The harness goes behind the back of (the top of) the seats, so it limits seat travel by an inch or so. For those with an inseam of over 33" (my guess), it will be a tighter fit after the harness is installed. I suggest you call Speedware and ask 'em how much seat travel you'll give up. They should have that answer. Otherwise, it's a very nice looking harness.

They also make a beautiful stainless bracket for a fire extinguisher. FYI
