at the factory. But I would take it easy for a bit. The last Z3 I owned I got new and drove it hard the first few hundred miles and have had no problems. Hope that helps.

Hello to everyone,

I'm a little concerned by my recent lack of discipline by hammering my new m coupe. So far I've redlined it in 1st and 2nd gear about 5 times and it's still under a 100 miles. From here on out, I'm going to behave, but I was wondering if any of you folks think I might have damaged the future performance of the engine by doing this. I know about varying the RPM's, but taking it to the top of the red is a little crazy???
If any one is interested in commenting on this I would really appreciate your input. Thanks...
