Haven't forgot. The pin is more involved than thought to make it liability proof. The roof piece that you push the ball pin through is slotted. So if the pin rotates (which it does a little), it may come out. Don't know if it rotates enough to come out. At full open and close the pin is under tension and can not come out on my car. Testing version 2 of the non rotating pin. Came up with a new idea today. You have to keep in mind that if it works on my coupe, do to the variances, it may not work on yours. Trying to come up with a pin that will work on all cars. Thanks to Richard Mix for putting up with me on the revisions.
