I haven't tried R compounds yet. Wanted to get a good feel for the car with less grip first. The re730's have really good feel and communicate adhesion limits real well. I would use more pressure for less grip and better feel on an R compound to get used to it.

If you do go with R compounds, take your time and get all of your inputs real smooth before upping your entry speeds! Hot foot it on the straights, but get the car well settled before initiating a turn.

I watched that subaru crash really closely. Hard to tell, but did he lift after initiating the turn? Was that what started it?

I don't have a choice, my 730s are almost gone and they probably won't allow me to run on them, I got the Yokos on order and another set of 730 but I don't want to run on new 730 at Sebring, they take a long time to "break in".

I just have to bre real careful out there!
