clean bar end and link rubber mounting surfaces with solvent to remove any grease, etc.; very important.

Liberally spray bar end and end link mount with WD40, press link onto bar end. Wipe off excess WD40, allow to dry for 30 minutes before driving. DO NOT use anything other than std. plain WD40; this is also very important.

Typically you have to dismount the link from the control arm to press it back onto the bar end using this process. It will take effort to press end link back onto bar end, put some muscle in it. Be sure to position endlink properly on the bar end before allowing WD40 to dry. Once the WD40 drys out the end link rubber bushing will be permanently bonded to the bar end.

Nobody's bar got a better work out than mine, never came off again using this process.
