This is totally insane, but my dealer used the "labour hour unit" to calculate the cost. There was only a small scratch on the rear wheel arc and it costed $600 to fix it.

First they remove the window that's right above it, and then they "cleared" the panel (wipe off all the paint layer and smooth it etc), and then painted the whole thing all over again. Next thing they did was to heat it up so that the final finishing would come out better... the rests were just the reverse... it's time consuming and it costed $600~!
