Sun roof switch doesn't stay in place (archive)

If your sun roof switch doesn't stay in place, add a little glue to each side of the headliner opening edge. This firms up the headliner multi layer edge (end grain). I used Aleene's Tacky Glue, 800-825-3363. I'm sure others will work just as well.
