Well, technically, your camber is just barely within the specs! But it's clearly not quite right.

I'm not sure about the M Coupe, but on my old MR2, this could happen when the rear subframe holding the suspension wasn't quite aligned in the middle of the car (the bolt holes were slightly slotted, and loosing the bolts and sliding the whole subframe over would make the two sides read equally). Not sure if that will work here.

I don't think I'd worry about it though, unless you find your tire wear on the left side gets kind of funky. You could have your shop try to determine if there's any slop in any of the mounting bolts that might get you closer to center.

The rear alignment on my 99 M Coupe is not within spec and I need advice whether/how to fix.

Camber -- which is supposed to be -1.75 degrees +/- 0.50 -- is -1.28 on the right and -2.24 on the left. Total toe-in -- which is supposed to be 0.25" +/- 0.11" -- is 0.44".

Because the rear is not designed for adjustment, should I consider replacing suspension members or having a body shop put it on a frame machine, or do I leave alone?
