So Dinan IS using this manifold on their car? Or did they do something else to change the torque curve?

Matching intake manifolds to cams and exhaust headers works very well in naturally aspirated engines because a resonance can be set up to help suck in mixture and push out exhaust gasses. When it happens it is VERY cool but only over a very narrow RPM band.

In a positive induction system all of these "tricks" become moot because the mixture is pushed in expelling the exhaust gasses. In fact I understand cams with lots of overlap are BAD when used with forced induction where in a natural induction system they are the way to go!

If Dinan used this manifold and got their torque band to move around, great, go for it but I doubt that is how they did it. I know it is an expensive item and would hate to see you waste money for little gain in a positive induction system.
