If you use the hose with the tire thingy that comes out of the side (one of the three hases/cables that wrap around the saddle), you get just air.

You have to hook up the extra bits in the bag to get the juice. Tire thingy to can in, extra hose to can out, extra hose to tire.

I used to use mine at autocrosses, too. Then it broke. Then I saw that the replacement cost is $600. Now I fill up a tank at the local gas station. Easier and faster.
