I think the only difference is the engine and possibly a six speed transmission. The car could also have DSC..not like any of us really care!

It will have DSC but will not have a 6 speed. There will also be some various suspension tweaks as well as some other minor changes (one I have heard of is chrome trim around the rear view mirror.
