Ok, well maybe not completely. But today I managed to leave my keys in my pants pocket and then proceeded to do my laundry. :-) Oops! The key got submerged in freezing water, then very hot water, then spun in circles and slammed into the washing machine walls at a high rate of speed...then it was twirled around at ambient temperatures around 180 degrees for almost 60 mins. Then I finally decided to see what the heck was making all the racket in the drier. I found my keys, and basically received a 2nd degree burn trying to remove them from the drier.

But low and behold...the plastic did not melt, the light still works on the key, and it still starts the car! So now I have one very clean and dry M-Coupe key.

I wonder if BMW tests that kind of stuff...hehe.
