I have some pictures on the stereo install. Personally, if I were to do it all over again I would go with the Image Dynamics CXS 6's in the front and with their CX5 midranges in back. To put the 6.5" in the front will take a bit of work but MZ3.net has some info on that.
An 8" sub can fit where the stock 6.5" sub was. You will need to get a piece of particle board or something to create a small riser. My advice would be to measure it first as it will to some extent depend on the sub used. I personally stayed with a IDQ8 sub and it sounds really nice especially with 150+ watts rms driving it.
If you need more bass than a good 8" can give you then be prepared to lose a lot of trunk space.
You will most likely lose trunk space when you add the amps. There really aren't too many places to hide things because the car is so small.
The tweeters in the doors can only be replaced by removing the entire door panel. Check MZ3.net for info on this because it is tricky because the small plastic tabs holding the panel on cna break easily.
When all is said and done, if you can install the new head unit using factory wiring, and take advantage of as much factory wiring as possible, I would say that you will spend 4-7 hours doing the install not including the tweeters. From constantly tearing stuff up in my own car I can say that having a buddy help you will make things move along much faster.
