i'm guessing NO.

mostly because BMW put most of their stock in the chipped key coded-driveaway protection system.

just my guess. but the alarm itself is a cheesy, low-end alpine affair that doesn't do much other than make noise when one of the door pins, hood or rear hatch are tripped. the glass sensor seems pretty nebulous, too.
