RD sway bars experience (archive)

Hi there,
I just wanted to know if any of you had installed the RD sway bars for their M Roadsters or M Coupes.
I got the kit for my car and installed it.
The front went fine, while the rear was a tight fit with the bar occasionally banging on the differential cover every now and then..
I wonder if it is upside down or not.... (The instructions say that the bar's downward notch should be pointing downward, and this is what I have.... )
The car handles great and the turn in is much better than stock...
It is just that I am afraid of loosing the differential housing if I keep driving it like this...
Anyways,
I will let you know if I take it apart again and redo in some other way.
