Funny you should mention that, one of my other vehicles IS a from GM, and it's been flawless. Also, a Corvette I had a while back had nothing go wrong with it in 33K miles. While I'd still rather have an M Coupe than a vette, because vettes are just too darn big, it would be nice if our M Coupes at least matched the quality of a car from a company people poke fun at.
