I've got a problem with the heater in my '99 M Coupe.

I have to turn the temperature knob up to about 90% before I get any heat at all (and then when I do, it's very hot).

Does anyone else have this problem? Any easy fix or do I have to take it in? Taking the car to the dealer around here is a major PITA.
