And I don't think anyone else does, either. I put two SuperTrapps on my M Roadster, and they went on fine. The folks at the shop in California (the one Karl recommends, that sells them cheap) said that they knew nothing about fitment.

Gee, am I forgotten so soon??? It was I who told Karl where to go, and I was the 2nd one on here talking about the TRAPP's (Mark was first, but I had used them since 1978, just not on a BMW till now). Thanks Chris :(

Since the 3.0i is essentially a dual exhaust up until it reaches the mufler, what kind of custom exhaust should I consider for my 3.0i Coupe? I may consider using two Supertrapp mufflers and make something like a dual exhaust similar to the M's Left and Right placement. I also got the part number for the supertrapp for the 2.8l, will 2 of these work for me? Any other advice or suggestions would be helpful! Thanks

I don't quite think you can do a setup like the M Coupes, as they don't have the spare tire like we do. What I would suggest, is maybe going with the 5" model, and have the muffler shop get (or make) a "Y" pipe to channel the 2 pipes into 1 before the Trapp goes on.
