That would help, but still not enough to justify putting them on. I agree with you ... leave the front-end stock appearing, but DO get rid of the front plate! Looks like "buck-teeth" on the Coupe ... IMHO. In Washington, it's not a moving violation, so I just take my chances. So far, no problems. Enjoy!

BTW ... Steve (and everyone else who reads this) ... my brother just had a Superformance Cobra dropped off by the transporter on Friday! The car has a 460ci / 585hp for power. Even has 2-4's for carbs!, an 11-quart dry-sump system, coupled to 3.73 gears behind a Tremec 5-speed. This is one little snake that carries a LOT of venom! Will be fun to drive ... but a hand-full IF not careful. IF he can get tractiion, should run low-11's or (maybe?) a high-10 thru the quarter. Yowza!!! FYI
