Xenon headlights suck because... (archive)

This is why the sky appears blue. Diffusion of light is proportional to f4, that is frequency to the 4th power.

Not only will fog and Rain be a problem, but if you put Xenon lights on your car you are being a selfish asshole to every other driver on the road. As another reply stated, brighter lights just make your pupils contract more, so the improvement is minimal.

I am looking for better lighting too. Does anyone know of decent white light for our cars? What are "super white" bulbs, etc?
