I would guess tires. Tires are the only thing that I know of that can change their balance once warmed up.

I had a similar problem in the front of my car, with vibration at the wheel. After 10 minutes, the tires warm up and get "rounder". I still can sense a little bit, which is probably from where Hendrick's BMW power-washed the balancing weights clean off my wheel (a few are still left).

I plan to have my tires balanced, they have 9,000 miles on them, stock Dunlops.
