And there are half a dozen or more Michelin Pilots that can be put on M and Z coupes. It's very possible your tires are flat-spotting as they're idle for many hours in sub-freezing temperatures. I've had it happen with Pilot MXM 225/50-ZR16 tires in temperatures about 10 degrees.

Depressing the clutch at speed isolates the engine and half the clutch from the drive train. And the vibration going away in 10 minutes about proves the tires to be the culprit; they warm up enough to round out the flat spot.

In other words, this is normal. Drive smiling, and warm, too.
