Okay so after missing yesterdays drive I took the Duck out for a quick drive and I noticed something. When ever the car is in gear and I am coasting (no throttle) there is what sounds like gurggling sound and vibration coming from the rear end. My girl friend said it sounded like it also came from the front right. My guess is when I spun and went sliding backwards I may have damaged the differential. When I take the car out of gear no noise/vibration. Only when the car is in gear do I get the bad stuff :(...

Anyone have other thoughts? Needless to say the damage is nolonger cosmetic only and it will be heading to a Eastbay BMW for complete repairs.
