While visiting the Houston Auto Show this weekend one of the BMW reps present claimed the new 315HP M Coupe that was on display (a preproduction model in steel gray), would post sub 4.5 second 0-60 times. His argument was based on the fact that with a 3100 lb car and 315HP you indeed have a rocket. The tested 0-60 times of the new M3 are sub 5 seconds (I think). The new M Coupe weighs less and had virtually the same power. This being the case, maybe the new coupe might indeed match the Z06?
