actually with bigger wheels (larger circumference) the wheels are going to take the car further with each rotation than they did with the stock size, so the odometer will show fewer miles with the larger tires.
the larger tire/wheel package will decrease the speed shown on the speedometer relative to the actual speed of the car, so the other poster's comment about the speedo no reading closer to actual speed (it reads high stock) is also correct.
