All,
Regarding both the Z and M models of the Coupe. I've heard Dinan pretty much across the boards being used. A few questions:
1. Taken from http://www.dinanbmw.com/, using "Engine Software, Cold Air Intake, Exhaust, Air Flow Meter and Throttle Body", they go from 240 to 272hp peak. Knowing that BMWs typically rate a little high to start with and that these numbers are based at the flywheel:
- Did they run their first test as a baseline, or are these BMW factory numbers?
- Is this "reverse-estimated" from dyno at the rear wheel or did they pull the motor for the tests?
- Is it worth it?
2. What other manufacturers are reputable with good gains?
Thanks.
