i DON'T dissagree with mike z., or the others above, at all, but it seems like every time someone inquires about increasing their cars' power they get A mini lecture FROM someone assuming they haven't had lessons or "learned" their CAR.

Well, I would have to say, when there is a new name on this forum, and they ask about adding more HP (and not mentioning anything else they did to their car, or what background of driving skills) - its much safer to "assume" they might not know how quircky our cars can be to handle. And thus to be err on the safe side, and since they are new to this forum and might not have read prior or archived messages, we need to sort of bring them "up to speed" so to say :)
