If you are referring to the windows going ALL the way down and disappearing into the door sill, then the answer is most likely "no."

The Coupe has a taller roof line so in order for the windows to shut properly, the glass portion is slightly taller to reach the top. Since the Coupe/Roadster share the same door, the slightly taller glass to reach the roof for the Coupe won't fit into the sill like it does for the Roadster.

Some people complain about this, but it doesn't bother me.
