You can purchase the handles from BMW. For many, a major install. They retail for $184.00 per side. I also purchased some BMW tools with mine which makes the job easier. I sold that set and had my handles done in body color.
I have a set on order which I will be selling at my cost for exchange of someones stock handles with the retail price of the handles up front as a core charge. I will also include the use of the tools.
Working on doing the mirrors for someone. Not sure if this is going to work yet.
