Hey there,

I have the Sony S70. It's 3.3 TRUE megapixels, I say TRUE because lots of the other camera's which claim this are infact using a lower resolution ccd and extrapolating the data.

It has a Carl Zeiss lens, max photo size is 2048 x 1536 - which let me tell is HUGE!...it has numerous manual focus elements. Best of all it has a battery which lasts forever!! - it's an infolithium battery, which can be charged through a regular power cord to the camera. Fully charged it says 2 hours, however, let me tell you that I have used my camera on and off ALL DAY, filled the memory stick, and STILL not run out of battery power. So many of the digital cameras eat battery, and before you know it, you don't have a camera which works, OR you need to buy REALLY expensive batteries!...

Anyhoo's, If you want to see the kind of shots this baby can take, go take a look at pictobot.com. Not all of the photo's posted there are taken with this camera, but if you take a look at > RANDOM > CELL PHONE PROJECT you can see just how good the close up shots are!

Enjoy!
