I'd have to agree with you on your statements. Why anyone would include this statement, "Right now I have a 2000 M Coupe, my bro has a 2000 328ci sport, my mom drives a 99 Benz E430 sport, my dad has a 98 sl500 and a 98 a4 2.8 quattro sport." has a high chance of not understanding the concept of money, work ethic, and hardship. Notice my use of the word chance.
Boy, my life is so hard, should I take the 2 blond twins in the modena, the two red-heads in the diablo, or the 2 brunettes in the mclaren? Such hard decisions. Oh hell.. I'll just take all of em!
Are you paying for it? The 911 I mean. I suspect not, so why try to persuade your dad to get what YOU want? Obviously he's not buying it out of necessity, so why rob him of whatever joy he could get out of the cabriolet? Stop being selfish--you already have an M Coupe to enjoy, and I can't imagine anything better than that, 911 with aero kit included.
My dad is going to buy a new 911 C4. He wants to get the cabrio, I think he should get the coupe with the aero kit, it's one of the best looking cars around.
Does anybody have an argument that I can convince him to get the aero kit coupe? Is there a perfermance differance, stability, handling?
Right now I have a 2000 M Coupe, my bro has a 2000 328ci sport, my mom drives a 99 Benz E430 sport, my dad has a 98 sl500 and a 98 a4 2.8 quattro sport. I think we're getting rid of the A4 and both benzes for a C4 and x5. Can't wait.
I am trying to convince him to maybe get an S2000 also if he wants the open top. I'd trade my car in so I could have a chance to trade and drive the 911 sometimes. But I doubt that would happen and I really do love my car more than anything, but it is a 911
Any suggestions would help a lot
