Bobby,

Great time on Sunday. That was much faster than I was running on Saturday. Did you go off course again? I have to admit, I had a great time, but it would be very difficult for me to run my new M-Coupe much harder and risk going off course and the resulting blemishes. I spent three hours cleaning every nook and cranny Sunday (in the rain, no less!) The front end, despite my liberal use of duct tape to cover most areas, has that slightly sandblasted look. I don't think paint quality is one of BMW's priorities! The lower portion of the air dam is looking pretty chipped with only 4,800 miles on the car and driven only on nice days as a second car.

As a previous Supra TT owner, I was certainly glad to see it pull a higher top speed than the Viper. Pretty good lap time as well.

Both instructors that drove with me raved about the power and handling of the Coupe. It was fun getting waived to pass by the 911 TT's and other "faster" cars! I am trying to figure out how to afford a "track-day" car like a beater M3 so I won't be concerned about the exterior. Good luck with the additional mods to the coupe and keep in touch.

Stuart
