Just wanted to offer another perspective of Irvine BMW. I've been dealing with this dealership for several years and have done a decient amount of business with them.

It is true that when dealing with the sales staff they will jack the asking price of the car up, but I have found that when cars are popular and there are not many of them around the asking prices do tend to increase. I think this is called supply and demand. I've seen this practive at Chevy dealers for their Suburbans and Honda dealers for Accords. I have also found that the majority of the sale staff will deal with you if you are percistant enough. Personally, I have a Costco card, a AAA card and I belong to a credit union so I ask for the fleet sale manager and deal directly with him. Association with these businesses will allow for fleet prices at most new car dealers.

My experience at Irvine BMW has been built over the past five years or so. We deal with the same salesman when we are serious about purchasing, but we do know quite a few of the sales staff by name and they know us by sight and many of them will greet us by our last names. Anytime either my wife or myself come on the lot, be it for repairs, parts or just to look at their inventory of BMW's we are greeted by many of the sales staff and always treated with the greatest respect.

Anyway, just a different perspective of Irvine BMW from a satisfied repeat customer.
