TOWN + COUNTRY has the worse after-sale.. (more) (archive)

services. Just don't go there to get your car fixed. They are always late, and they always have excuses. The work are never done probably and they damage (mostly scratches) your car's interior, and they will leave you to discover them one by one after you get the car back.

And don't forget the name Mario DeFrancesca, he is the major pain in the ass. He never calls you back although he always promises to call. And he is not in the office all the time so you can never reach him. OK, so you leave him some messages on the recording machine... whatever, he never replies. If you insist to get you car fixed at T+C, don't look for this dick for help.

I honestly think BMW CA (yeah, T+C is located in Toronto) shall give direct order to fire this guy, he disgraces the name of BMW. I thought T+C is an excellent dealer but not after my most recent experience with them.

So, please, my brothers and sisters out there with a BMW, just don't go to this dealer for anything.
