My observation/experience of BMW dealers in Toronto: -
T&C - only good for ordering parts, service bay worst I have ever seen of any dealership (dirty, chaotic to the point of hazardous).

Autohaus - sales reps will clean your shirt. One of them (female, loud obnoxious voice and accent) dared to tell me there is no silver colour in a particular model (no silver in a BMW?). Parts personel are rude and services from what I heard are 'scratch while you wait and wait and wait'

Downtown - 12 years ago, I was in their showroom and saw a rep talked to a client who already ordered a car from them and may have been there asking for delivery update. Smile and thank you all the way but called a stupid xxxxxxx dickhead ( he thought the showroom was empty) the second client left building. May have changed by now.

Mississauga - professional and curtious (Service and Sales). You give them respect and they return them in spades. Sales people very professional but no sleeze bags (is there such reps in car dealership world?) Been with them for 2 years and I live in Unionville way. (Nino, you own me a free coffee for this no cost ad. But I do mean what I said)
