I heard that there will be a current style 2002 coupe starting in October 2001 which will run it's course. That's it.
I ordered a 2001 one just in case this doesn't happen. Will be placing a deposit on a 2002 one soon just in case it does. Just trying to buy (new) the last model year of this great machine.
Like the 4/99 and after Z3's were '00's, I assumed that the 4/01 and after Z3's would be '02's. WRONG!
If still around, will shift interest to the new E46 M compact to replace my current '97 318ti (another fun car to drive).
