Warning, there are words in here that are of English-speak,....as I'm from England

My Dealer damaged my car too!...

Took the car in for the boot latch to be fixed. It had been there for a couple of days and when I went to pick it up, there was a HUGE guage in the bonnet and a chip in the windscreen! I know for a fact that I hadn't done this, as it would have taken a hefty whack by a stone to make such a dent/scratch...

Fortunately I have a really good relationship with the service department at CHRIS BMW, and simply stated that I hadn't done it and they gladly offered to respray the bonnet and replace the windscreen. They actually sprayed the bonnet twice as we weren't happy with the finish around the water nozzles....

Turns out, CHRIS BMW Rocks!...
Hope your dealer comes up with the goods.

Cheers

Washed the car today and noticed the driver side front spoiler had been damaged. Like someone hit a groove on the road.

I know for a fact that I did not do this, I've been to the dealer twice this month, once for an oil change and at that time the service person mentioned that one of the mechanics took the car for a test drive. The other time was Monday to replace a broken rear latch.

The scrape is about 1.5 inches. I called the dealer and told them what I have found they told me to come back Monday and talk to the Service Manager.

Anyone here have any ideas, I want the dealer to fix this scratch!
