avoid it. It adds some miles to go through Indy, but it helps avoid the northern Ohio speed traps.

I've seen the same kind of operation in West Virginia, just after the Kentucky state line. The wrinkle they used was that the radar was in a ratty old Toyota parked in the median, looking like a breakdown. V1 and CB did their job that day...
