Its inherhent with the transmission, the transmission is where most off the loss is. Thats why you have a flywheel HP and a wheels HP. The dyno also has some loss built into it just by the procces of how it measures it with the rollers adn what not. I am not 100% techincally sure how but I know its true, can someone with some more tech knowledge explain?
